Instructions / Notes:

• Demo Staff: This demo shows the cross section of a Wankel engine, a type of internal combustion engine that converts pressure into rotating motion.
• Compared to other piston engines, the Wankel engine has more uniform torque, less vibration, is more compact and weighs less, it also has high power-to-weight ration, making them ideal for light aircraft.
• Other applications: automobiles, chainsaws.
• Simulate the intake, compression and exhaust stages of the Wankel engine by rotating the handle at the back of the model.
• A small LED lamp is used to simulate a spark plug to indicate ignition triggered by air pressure.
