5H50.10 • Torque on Coils: Model Galvanometer

Instructions / Notes:

• A crude galvanometer with a large wire coil suspended between two magnetic poles.
• This apparatus allows one to infer the direction of current flowing through a wire coil.
• To close the circuit, press the momentary switch. A second switch reverses the current flow.
